What the service is
Report Visibility asks AI platforms the questions your customers might ask, on a schedule, and reports whether the answers name your business and cite your website. You get the figures, the answers behind them, and a report each month.
It is a measurement. It does not change what any platform says, and we do not promise that your business will appear, or appear more often, as a result of using it.
By running a free scan or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The free scan
The free scan asks 5 questions once and sends the result to the email address you give. It is one scan per business and per email address. Please run it only for a business you own, work for, or have permission to look into, and use an email address that is yours.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has used it. The details you give us about your business need to be accurate, because the questions and the figures are built from them.
Plans, billing and cancelling
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribed. Each plan sets how many questions are tracked at once and how far back you can read answer text.
You can cancel at any time: write to stephen@reportvisibility.com. Billing stops at the end of the month already paid for, and the reports you were sent stay in your portal.
If we change a plan’s price, we tell you by email before your next renewal, and the change applies from that renewal. If a payment fails we will try again and let you know; tracking may pause until it goes through.
Your questions
We write a first set of questions for your business and you can add, reword or pause them. You are responsible for the questions you add. They are sent to third-party AI platforms exactly as written, so do not put anything confidential in one, or anything about a private individual.
We may decline or remove a question that is abusive, unlawful, or written to harm somebody else.
What the figures mean
AI platforms write a fresh answer every time they are asked, so the same question can include you one day and leave you out the next. Our figures are rates across the answers we collected, for the questions being tracked, from the location and on the schedule stated in your report. They are not a measure of every question in your market, and they are not traffic, leads or sales.
The answers are the platforms’ words, not ours. We record them as given and are not responsible for what a platform says about you or anyone else, or for it being accurate. Nothing in a report is legal, financial or professional advice.
The platforms are run by other companies and can change, limit or withdraw access without notice. If that changes which platforms we track or how often, we will say so in the product and in your report.
Fair use
- Do not try to reach another customer’s data, or to get around a limit on the service.
- Do not use automated means to submit the scan form or to copy the service.
- Do not use the service to break the law or to harass anybody.
Who owns what
Your reports are yours to use, share and publish. The service itself, including the software, the design and the way the reports are built, remains ours. Details of your business are yours; you let us use them to provide the service to you.
If something goes wrong
We work to keep the service running and the figures right, and we will tell you when a day was not collected rather than fill the gap. But the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or that we cannot bill, and we will tell you why.
Changes, and how to reach us
If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell customers by email, and the date at the top of this page changes with it. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the change.
Questions about any of this: write to stephen@reportvisibility.com. How we handle your information is in the privacy policy.
